I have this Acer Aspire 3 and I'm using it (doing some discord video chat) and suddenly it turns off this happened twice with the Acer Quick Access popping out and when I decided to shut it down using the Acer Quick Access and the moment I turn it on again it doesn't turn on and the blue battery light keeps blinking.

Press and hold power button till you see no LEDs. About 5-10 seconds. Remove charger. Insert and press a paperclip into battery reset pinhole for about 30 seconds. Then plug the charger back in. If battery LED is now steady orange or blue, wait till it's steady blue. Then try to turn it on again. Jack E/NJ

    What's your full A3 model number? For example A315-43? A314-23? A315-55? Jack E/NJ

Are you 100% sure the blinking blue LED is the battery charge LED and not the power LED? Jack E/NJ

If it still won't start with charger unplugged on battery alone, then re-insert the paperclip in the reset pinhole again for 60 seconds while pressing & holding the power button. If the battery charge LED still blinks when plugging the charger back in, then remove 10 screws from bottom cover, peel mylar tape off battery connector,  and pull connector off mainboard. Then replace the bottom cover and screws. Plug the charger back in and try to turn the machine on without the battery connected. Jack E/NJ

What does that mean, my laptop is opening when I click "Esc" and then gets shut down again.
