Helios 300: Won't turn on

    I had a Helios 300, when I was plugged the power adaptor, the light indicator for charging lighted for about 5 seconds and after that the light disappear and remain no light although the power ac adaptor plugged in. Trying to find the battery reset button but there's no small hole for battery reset. Anyone who had the same issue of mine? Badly need your help. Thank you in advance

     I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your unit, would be interest to know the exact model of your notebook, but you can try the battery reset by these steps: 
    1. Unplug the AC power adapter.
    2. Press and hold the Power button down for 15 seconds. This will perform a software battery reset that may resolve the issue.
    If the problem persists we recommend to contact your local support.
