SF315-52-87R5 Serial Number and SNID not found

I have been having issues obtaining drivers for my device. I have just done a clean install on my laptop after some weird issues.
The page asked for either Serial Number or SNID and was unable to validate either. It says "not found". I even tried the Model number, no success.
I have wasted 3 hours of productive time trying to understand what's happening. I can not even contact support as I have to input my Serial No/ SNID on the page.
I am highly disappointed.
I bought this laptop just 2 years ago at Staples here in Toronto. 
I will never buy acer products ever again. 
Product: Swift SF315-52-87R5
SNID: XXXX
Serial No.: XXXX

Let me add that I used both Acer care center and the SerialNumberDetection.exe app from Acer website. Both gave me the same SNID and Serial number which were not valid.

    That would be normal if you were trying to look the numbers up on the USA site instead of the Canadian site... But you don't really need either of those, just put SF315-52 into the search box and it should find it.

    Looks like the website had issues yesterday. I tried again today and everything works fine. Thanks @billsey for the response.
