Model is PH315-52 My CPU is not running at full frequency which is 4.5GHz can it be fixed?

i have undervolted and lower the cores before using Throttlestop many times but now i deleted Throttlestop but now while playing games i can only reach out max at 3.9GHz please help me out to get me back at 4.5GHz

    Maybe the throttlestop profiles are still there so u can try reinstalling it and set it back inside throttlestop then uninstalling it.

    4ghz is for multi core performance. 4.5ghz is for single core.

    i reset my pc yesterday  but still the frequency is fixed to 3.9GHz while hardcore gaming before it was going to 4.4GHz
    does the fan speed affects the frequency ? because my cpu fan is just at 5500 rpm at max while gpu is 6000 rpm at max

    Its single core max frequency is 4.5 ghz. With turbo on all 6 cores its max is 4ghz so if ur application uses only one core then u will get 4.5 ghz. If ur application uses all cores then max frequency u will get is only 4ghz. So there is nothing wrong with your cpu...

    At idle its going like 4.3 ghz but while playing apex legends it's stuck at 3.9 ghz is it ok I don't think so

    Yes it is because at idle you may use only 1 core but in apex legends you will use all cores.
