Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off. Remove charger. Disconnect battery again for only 60 seconds. Then reconnect battery and charger. But do not try to turn laptop on again until the battery charge LED turns from steady orange to steady blue. This may take several hours. Then try to turn the laptop on again. Jack E/NJ

Did this start happening suddenly for no apparent reason? If yes, how long ago? Jack E/NJ

It starts maybe last week. I tried that you told me, but it didnt work. After that my gf press the power button and the laptop starts normaly ( magic hands :) ) but it worked maybe 2-3h. After that the screen just went black and that's it. I turned off and do everything like you sad to me, but nothing. I let the laptop turned off for 2h and came home back, remove the charger, battery, wait for 60 sec and put it back. Right now, i'm waiting for blue light to try again to turn it on. I'll make a video just in case.

What about that bios update what my friend told me? Do i need to that or not, and how? Just download the latest bios instalation and instal it or something else?
    Thanks for help JackE

The BIOS update is a last resort since it has a high risk of bricking or completely disabling the laptop. Since this started last week it may be due to a bad Win10 update. So open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection was enabled in the box that pops up, click on the System Restore button. Click next. Do you see an automatic restore point with a date stamp from last week? Jack E/NJ

All that started after i reinstall the windows because i used ilegal ( pirate ) version of windows. When i realise that i installed official windows 10 home. So the windows is fresh on laptop. Is there any way of bad graphic driver? Or any difrent driver. I don't know. Right now i'm waiting for laptop to charge. Still orange light. Tomorow i'll post a comment what happend. Thanks

    (1) Just to make sure, did you start from this linkhttps://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    (2) How do you know that you had a pirate Windows version?

Yes, but this doesn't necessarily mean it was illegal. What problem did you have with it? Jack E/NJ

When i login automaticly 4 or 5 cmd windows open and close in 3 sec. The name of that was KMS PICO or something like that, and my cpu, ram, and ssd worked at 99% all the time. So that's why i reinstaled new windows. And finaly i turned on laptop, disconnect ac and left laptop for 2h then i tried to turn it on and it turns. But i'm afraid to turn it off. Do i need to update my vga driver? Because i saw video on youtube is lagging. Nvidia driver is instaled but still laging, the only fuction key what isn't working is for brightness. And what else i need to instal? I'll send you the photo what i just downloaded from official acer site for my laptop. Do i need bios update too? But i dont know witch one.

That's the only bad think, warranty is over. And finally i can say what is the real problem. If i left my laptop without AC 2h only with battery, after that when i press power button laptop starts normaly and i can connect AC normaly. But after shut it off with AC pluged in i cannot start again laptop, if i shut down without AC i can start it again, it starts normaly with sound but with black screen.

Try this again. Turn the laptop off. Plug the charger in and wait till the battery charge LED turns from steady orange to steady blue. Then remove the charger. Does the machine turn on and boot Windows OK on the battery alone? Jack E/NJ
