Worse performance after factory reset on Nitro 5

I did a factory reset yesterday (did a local reset and removing everything) and noticed that games like Minecraft (with optifine) and CS:GO was having worse performance than before the factory reset.
Games before the reset (I don't remember the specific FPS so take this with a grain of salt)
I didn't take screenshots before the factory reset but I do remember that when I was playing on Hypixel when I am in the lobbies, I remember I was able to get 60-70 FPS and sometimes a hundred.
In when I get in games like Bedwars and Duels, I was able to consistently get 120-150 FPS, sometimes going up to 170 FPS. It would also go to around 180-210 FPS when looking at one block or in the void.
For CS:GO, I was able to get 120-150 in competitive matches.
For Genshin Impact and Minecraft Win10 edition, both are fine and get 60 FPS

Now after the reset, in lobbies, I would only be able to get around 30-60 fps and would fluctuate a lot and would only get 70-100 when looking at areas with not much in them. In games, I can still get 120-150 FPS but it would fluctuate and dip into 70-90. I can only get higher fps when I stare at one block or into the void. 
For CS:GO, I ran uLLeticaL's FPS Benchmark map a few times, one with the Acer power plan and Ultimate Performance power plan. The Acer power plan run got an average FPS of 125. The Ultimate Performance power plan got an average FPS pf 135. I haven't gotten the time to do a competitive game. I will give an update if anything changes or need to clarify. 
Genshin and Minecraft Win10 is still fine and stays at a consistent 60 FPS. 
Nitro 5 model # is AN515-54 (core i5-9300H GTX 1050 and 8 GB of RAM)
