I can't find any option to make the change myself.

Hello @iev, 

To change your email, please follow the steeps bellow: 

1.    Go to acer.com and sign into your Acer ID.

2.    Click on your name.

3.    In the My Profile section, hover over the email address and click on the pen icon to enter the new email address.

4.     Enter the new email address and click Save

5.     A confirmation email with a verification code will be sent to the new email address, and a pop-up requesting you to input the code will appear.
NOTE: If the new email address has an Acer ID already associated to it, you’ll receive an error “Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later.”

6. Enter the code and your email address will be updated.  You can now sign into Acer ID with your new email address.
