Okay so i have been searching through the forums for like 2 weeks and found tons of people with the same problem. I am confused as hell. Some people say it's normal because of the blades' design, others say that the fan will fail because of this. In my case the fan only does this sound while on a hard surface, also when i press lightly on the top right part of the backplate (from the bottom) while the laptop is on the table, the noise goes away. I think it's just resonance from the fan vibration being sent through the laptop. I read something about loosening a bit the screws that are holding in the fan to try and minimize the noise. It didn't do much. Also the fan is clean no dust in there. I just wanna know if the fan will fail later on, i don't mind the sound i'm only worried about the laptop failing because i'm in lebanon and there are no service centers near me. Can someone please help?

No not yet. I don't actually think there is a "fix" for it because there might not be a problem at all in the first place. I believe that it's just the way these metal fans sound. They are noisy, whiney, buzzy, and overall horrible for acoustics. Although, they do a great job in cooling. Let me try to save you some time: first, if you read anything about loosening the fan screws inside your laptop to make the sound go away, don't. I tried it and it did absolutely nothing.
second: you can actually make the noise go away by placing your laptop on a soft surface ( for example a mousepad ) because it kinda dampens the vibration which is the main cause of the sound. But I don't recommend you to do it because it might choke the air vents which might lead to overheating. finally: if you put your laptop on a slight incline angle it might help with the noise but i have not personally tried it. Also, DON'T LUBE YOUR BEARINGS IT WON'T FIX IT. The noise will eventually come back.
So, i don't think there is a fix for this noise because there is no problem to begin with. NOTE: You have the 2020 version which has 2 metal fans so you might experience a bit more noise than the 2019 models which have only one metal fan. I hope i helped you a bit.
