Hi there.
So I bought an AN515-54 at the beginning of this year (2020) and since my last laptop before it was a joke, I decided we're entering a rediculous era, so when I got bluescreens and other insane messages to see on a brand new 1000dollar PC I thought...  it'll probably pass. Nothing is stable these days, right? Smartphones constantly changing too, and sometimes it doesn't work perfectly, we get used to it.
Nevertheless it keeps crashing and I keep rebooting it until one day I pick it up and notice that it shuts off on command if I lift it in a specific way. The frigging RAM is loose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
?????What??????
What do I do? I insert new RAM and it took me 3 hours to realise that it wasn't the chip itself but the board has to be slightly bent it all to boot with the new RAM.
The original RAM chip seemed to survive startup but the new one would never pass that phase.

Okay so what do I want? What do you want? I'm the one who paid for it.   What do I do ?

That, my friend, should be immediately taken to a repair shop. That is not something I would ask someone who doesn't know their way around a computer to try and fix. If you know for certain, tell the repair place what you think it is. Do not tell them you know exactly what it is. A great place to take it to is UBreakIFix. They'll get it back to you fast with completely customizable repairs. Also, this seems like it may be under warranty, you might be able to call acer support and see if they can do anything for you. If not, take it to a repair shop Stat. That problem can get steadily worse if not repaired quickly.
I'm 8Ball, I try to help as best I can. If the news isn't good, I'll deliver it.
Games that are worth checking out: Destiny 2, Minecraft, Modern Warfare, Warframe, Ghostrunner, Enter the Gungeon......
