Spin 513-54N - New machine, new Manjaro Linux install: no sound

My machine has no Win10 as I installed Manjaro-KDE on top of it after repartitioning and reformatting the SSD drive.
In my Firefox browser, there is no sound. Going to System Settings > Hardware > Audio > Advanced tab, I cannot elicit any test sound from either L or R speaker.
I have found nothing in the Acer forums that addresses this issue.
I cannot see how to check my drivers, and the only drivers on the Acer website are for the Win10 OS.
How do I troubleshoot this?

Update: I have loaded Pulseaudio and confirmed that a YouTube video is outputting detectable sound at a normal level. It just doesn't reach the speakers.

By the way is there no way to edit a post here after it made?

If you have spare USB stick, try to install Linux MINT on USB stick and boot your laptop from that stick and when you enter in OS check if speaker is working.
IF yes then your Windows 10 have some problem with drivers.
IF no then hardware problem accord. Send unit to service center.

Likely the Manjaro build doesn't have the proper audio drivers compiled into the kernel. That's fairly common with newer laptops and the various Linux builds. Touch base with the Majaro developers to see if they're planning on adding support for the Intel Ice Lake platform and what the schedule is for that. The codec needed is for the Realtek ALC295(HDA).
