As the title says. It happens every 10 to 15 minutes, I work from home now and this is extremely annoying and frustrating.

I saw this advice in one of the other threads:

Go to Device manager, right click the WiFi card under Network adapters, select Properties and move to Power Management tab, untick the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device...." and see whether it helps.

Didn't help.

Please advise. Thanks!

annadendone well you already tried what was suggested to fix the wifi issue i suggest you to also check your router fo any settings that could be changed in order to fix it also did this started since the beginning you got it or after any windows updates ? check if your wifi driver was updated recently via windows updates compare with the acer stock if they arent the same version uninstall it and try the acer stock driver

Wondering if you ever found a solution to this?

I've been having this issue since August of 2018 and have been unable to resolve it. Sometimes it goes away if I unplug my router, but considering this laptop is the only device on my network that disconnects every 5 minutes, it is 100% the laptop's hardware or software. I have no idea how to fix it and these forums haven't been able to fix it for me.

This video might help. I did Solution 2 about a week ago and the random disconnection to my WiFi resolved. It was pretty annoying before I got to do it since I always get penalized when I play games. Hope it helps!

I tried everything in that video. I would think it's my router but this laptop is the only device with ANY issue on it. If you ask me there is an issue with this adapter and Acer never wanted to admit it considering how many people have this same issue on this exact laptop...
