Hi, I bought a new Acer Nitro 5 laptop 2 weeks ago (i5-9300H, 8GB RAM, GTX 1650 4GB) and I have like 70fps on low settings in CS:GO, 20-60fps in Fortnite also on low settings.
I've done all the things that I've found on google and youtube, I've turned off everything and problem is not solved. Also I've used DDU to remove and reinstall GPU
drivers and it didn't worked. I have enough, can anyone help me with this?

maybe you haven't manually selected the gpu to process the graphics and the integrated cpu graphics is working? although you probs wouldnt get 70 fps in cs go. go to nvidia control panel and select 3d settings, then program setting tab then select the program/game then select nvidia graphics processor then apply.

if you havent done this, its a chance your using integrated.

Please Click Yes if Ive answered your question.
    Current: Custom Desktop Build (5800X, 16GB, 3070ti)

Do you have 144hz display? what does it say in windows display settings? Isn't the fps based on the hz of the panel?

I am having issues with my 144hz only running at 60fps which seems to be down to Nvidia (64hz) but the discrete show 144hz in windows.
