Hello All! I would appreciate some advice and direction.
I currently use an Acer Aspire V5 Laptop.  I was interested in the Acer Aspire All In One Desktop C27-962-UA91.
First I would like to know opinions on the desktop, I only use the computer for shopping, bills, nothing heavy.    Would this be good?
Also,  If I did get the desktop, how would I go about transferring everything from my laptop to the desktop?  Is it easy?
Please, any assistance would be so appreciated.  Thank you all in advance!

The AIO C27-962-UA91 is a typical AIO 27 inch desktop that comes with Win-10 Home and an Intel i5-1035G1, 12 GB DDR4 SDRAM RAM (max capacity 32GB) 512 GB SSD and has a 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wave 2, WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 and will do the job for your needs, its nothing like a gaming system but it will be very adequate for your needs.

The transfer of files will depend on what operating system you have on your Aspire V5 Laptop? As the V5 came with Win-8 and if that is the case then you can’t do a “Clone Type Transfer” of your operating system (which is the easiest way totransfer your all your files) so that it’s the same as your V5 laptop, as the new AIO C27-962-UA91 comes with Win-10 Home so, you have to individually backup all your files from your V5 and transfer them to your new AIO C27-962-UA91. If your V5 has Win-10 then you can do a “Clone Type Transfer” that is an exact bootable copy of your V5’s storage drive with a software like “Macrium Reflect v7” which is one of the best out there, simple.

You do not want to clone one system to another, meaning replacing the entire build of the new system.  The hardware and architecture usually are not the same.

Use a transfer cable to transfer your data: determine USB 2.0 or 3.0 requirements on your V5 laptop. C27-962-UA91 supports both. Amazon.com: Plugable USB 3.0 Transfer Cable, Unlimited Use, Transfer Data Between 2 Windows PC's, Compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, Bravura Easy Computer Sync Software Included: Computers & Accessories
