    OK. Good. Now shut down Paint. The open Device Manager again. Click display adapters folder. Right click on nvidia adapter and temporarily disable it. Exit Device Manager. Then open Paint again. What do you see now in Paint after disabling nvidia? Jack E/NJ

    OK. You can enable the nvidia again. Your hardware looks good. Probably software corruption. How does a webpage in your browser look? Jack E/NJ

    Browser is the same as the paint.

    No, I don't have, I think the problem is more on hardware.

    Google "windows 7 home premium" "archive" "iso". Download the iso from the first link and prepare an installation USB iso pendrive  with Rufus. You should back up any personal files. Then re-install Windows 7. That should rule in or rule out a hardware issue. Jack E/NJ
