Helios 300 is throttling when Predator Sense profile is set to Extreme GPU overclock and fans are set to the lowest RPM settings resulting in maximum 92 degrees Celsius CPU and maximum 86 degrees Celsius GPU. By benchmarking with a heavy game by using HWiNFO to inspect whether the CPU is throttling, the profiles are indicating it is throttling. The profiles are showing, "Core 0 thermal throttling = YES" and other cores but not all and "Package/Ring Thermal Throttling = YES"

Thermal throttling start when temperature reach 90°C.
    To protect your system components.
And, any Laptop/desktop will heat up if fan speed is low and doing high performance task like gaming

Nope. Agents in Acer even states that Helios 300 (2019) PH315-52 is going to throttle above 97 degrees. I know that the laptop can support high temperatures even with low fans and its maximum temperature is 100 degrees Celsius, forcing the laptop to shutdown. The device should throttle above 97 degrees Celsius but my device throttles above 90 degrees.

if u want to decrease the CPU temperatures u have to undervolted the CPU.
download QuickCPU program and then press Speed Shift put the minimum 2.60 and the maximum  like 4.2 or 4.1 as u want then press apply..
    then open your games..

Your temps are high and you need to consider cleaning fans and a repaste. U should also undervolt the cpu if u havent done it.
