Aspire 5742Z shuts down due to CPU overheating

Hello, my Aspire 5742Z shuts down when CPU reaches 90°C. This happens quickly when using integrated GPU acceleration. I opened it, cleaned the fan, replaced the thermal paste, but this didn't solve the problem. The strange thing is that when stressing CPU with tests, sensors reach rapidly 90°C, but air coming from the fan grid is cool, and putting an hand below the pc it seems to me that it is not so hot.
My question is:
- is it possible that sensors give wrong tenperature to the BIOS? How can i test if sensors work properly?
- is it possible that the heat is not transferred to the fan, i mean the copper pipe of the heatsink doesn't work properly? How can i test it?
Hope someone can help, thank you!

Ok, thank you. I found the problem by running pc disassembled. I found that the copper heat pipe doesn't transfer the heat to the fan, it heats exactly over the cpu at a little distance from cpu plate it is cold. I need to buy a new heat sink and pipe

I was suffering from the same problem ...
Then I realised that the fan was blocked by me myself ..because of keeping on a sofa.  Which unconditionally blocked the airflow ...
After than .. i saw a drastic cgange in my pc
