It's been about a year since i bought Predator Helios 300 PH315-52. It has been running all good except for the battery. When on 80% battery my laptop only manages to run for an hour. Only full charge it runs for about 1.5 hours. Previously too I had encountered such problem in about 6 months after I bought the laptop but it got solved after few days. But it doesn't seem to have now. Although I almost use laptop with the power plugged on at home and rarely use laptop away from home but still I'd like to have a decent amount of power back up on my laptop when not plugged in.
So can anybody help me solve this problem or do i have to have my battery replaced?
Please, help!

It used to give about 2 hours on 50% when it was relatively new. But now even on full charge it doesn't give 2 hours.

Predator411 sorry for the late reply (i work everyday till late and we are not acer employees were just here voluntarily on our own free time :)  ) check your battery wear with hwinfo or battery bar pro if more than 20% consider replacing it its faulty also batteries on gaming laptops arent meant to last long unless you undervolt and tweak it at the max by locking the cpu at lower clocks to use only on light work and never game on battery the battery main purpose its to aid the adapter with more power when this one cant provide enough to the cpu/gpu and its recommended to calibrate the battery properly once every 3/6 months depending one the usage let it completely discharge and recharge to full repeat the process 3 times for a proper cell calibration but if the battery is already faulty doesnt matter wont improve much as some of the cells wont hold the designed charge capacity anymore  good luck :)

I understand. Thanks for replying tho. I checked my battery wear with hwinfo and battery bar but it doesn't show any battery wear at all. Also I started playing CSGO and Valorant only 2- weeks ago and have always played with charger plugged in. I have tried to calibrate the battery also but it isn't working. Below I will attach the screenshot of the information collected from hwinfo.
