[Helios 300 2018] CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

I purchased Acer Predator Helios 300 with i7 8750H, GTX 1050ti and 8GB ram in July 2018. It worked fine for 2 years, after which I realised the games are getting slower so I thought of cleaning the fans of the laptop. I cleaned the fans last month for the first time (that is almost after 2 years of purchase). Gaming experienced improved but now I am encountering a problem. My laptop freezes for about a minute and then I get Critical Process Died BSOD whenever I try to move my laptop. If I keep my laptop still on a table with no movements, it works perfectly fine.

I also have Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS installed on the 1TB HDD, and the laptop doesn't freeze if I am using Ubuntu and try moving the laptop. This gives a clue that there is something wrong with the SSD or the connections for the SSD. When I opened up the laptop for cleaning fan, I did not even touch the SSD. I removed RAM case, HDD case, and the HDD itself in order to open the laptop case. After which, I removed fans' pins in order to clean them. Finally i unscrewed the cooling unit to clean the fans. In the whole process, I didn't have to touch the SSD.

What possibly could be the cause of this? Thanks.

i think you should check ssd connector just in case. if this happen when you move laptop then it some type of hardware related thing reopen laptop check all connector check if same thing happen again

It is not a hardware malfunction. The problem only happens on Windows 10

is your windows 10 is on same ssd or hdd as your Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS . if they are on same then try windows repair or reset or try to reinstall windows 10 using media creation tool
