Need to apply new thermal paste.
Default thermal paste is not good.
Your laptop temperature limit is 89°C means when your temperature reaches 89°C-90°C system start decreasing GPU/CPU clock speed(thermal throttling)to protect your components.
At that time you experience low fps,lag and shuttering in games.
In this case, don't play games it may damage your system

You are under warranty take advantage to it
Acer engineer will clean your laptop and apply new thermal paste so, send it to service centre
First log your case and get your case ID
Get in touch with acer costumer care in your region for that
    http://www.acer.com/worldwide/
(They will ask your address, serial number etc to log your case)

(You can also do it yourself with applying good quality thermal paste but you under warranty so better to send it to service centre)

Sir I done all thing But when I start game its working fine 60-75 FPS but when I bought this laptop i am getting 90-100 and after some updates its should be 80 but after  a play time of 30 mins temperate is high again getting low FPS to 50-60.

««Can i select this all setting for my specific application»»
Yes you can,add your game then set high performance Nvidia processor and change the setting and apply

I see your system is working as expected.
In online games their is sometime server issue or your network problem

But i know why you getting low fps after sometime
Because your temperature going near 90°C.
When temperature goes near 90°C system turbo boost get turned off and GPU/CPU clock speed decreases to protect components.
At that time you face fps drop, shuttering etc

    Are you still under warranty?
