Disgusted and furious at ACERs lack of good business practice, poorly trained technical staff, and lack of acknowledgement and knowledge of business practices in Australia. Refuse to recommend this company to anyone.

    I always think that the truth can hurt. What do you think Acer. My message said that there was inappropriate content. If customers had satisfactory and honest service there would be no need for  these messages.

    An honest and respectful opinion should not result in an "inappropriate response" report.  I happen to agree with the OP for I have not seen any official response from Acer Tech Support to many outstanding widespread problems with the W510.

    I went to the post office at 9.15 am, on the 23rd June, to send back the Tablet which I had purchased on 19th April. Today (3rd June) received an email to say that the Tablet has now arrived for repairs. I leave for a holiday on 6th June, what are my chances of getting it back before then.
