I am asking this question based on my observation. I have an acer nitro 5 (AN515-43) which am using over an year now. The battery is already reached a wear level of 23% as shown by the HWinfo software which is again verified by the battery report generated by windows 10. The designed capacity of the battery was 55Wh and now the full charge capacity is only upto 44 - 45Wh at the most. This results ofcourse a significant decrease in the usage hours about 1.5hrs and I've used this machine plugged in  when gaming. But that said, I agree that I've had a number of deep-discharges during my college days before this pandemic. However  I am not letting the battery to deep discharge nowadays, as if it is the most damaging routine.

Strangely though, the charging history shows a fluctuation in charging capacity. There is also a strange 52Wh charged cycle which is indeed never happened ever after that.

I am now confused that they are even correct or not. However my question remains. What is the normal degradation rate of laptop batteries ? Furthermore, what are the thoughts about my battery ?
Appreciate your time guys ! Thankyou.
