Hello, I have problem with bluetooth connection on my Swift 3 SF314-56G.

This issue that i have appear on half year ago. I was update the version of Windows 10 from May 2019 to November 2019 update, that version i use until now.
But this issue appear after i install the update.
So, once bluetooth option appear on my Windows settings.

But after i had connect to my Smartphone or Bluetooth earphone, the Bluetooth toggle is disappear.

and the button is disappear on quick settings menu too.

And the worst is while Bluetooth toggle is disappear, when i check on device manager, it show "unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)"

Oh i remember, here's the Bluetooth driver version that install on my swift 3.

My questions are:
1. Is anyone had same issue like that i have?
2. What should i do to recover this?
3. Is Bluetooth card is sell on marketplace? if yes, can you take picture of bluetooth card? i need replacement.

Please answer my questions and reply.

Thank you.

I don't have much to say on the matter but I'm leaving a comment to follow the thread as it progresses.

It's clear something is acting up, but I wouldn't know what. The drivers you're using are certainly recent, unlikely to be the cause if you have been having the problem after upgrading to 1909 (unless the update was done these days?)

No clear paths to follow to fix the issue, I mean, the usual Windows Reset or clean install could fix it, but it's to be thought of as a last resort because of the implications (you'd have to reinstall all of your programs and all). Still if nothing else seems to help you may give it a shot.

As for the Bluetooth card itself, it is embedded in the WiFi one, it's a combo card that provides both things. The only difference is even though the WiFi part is wired via a PCIe bus Bluetooth goes via USB, but that's done automatically you have nothing to do for it to work that way. What I meant to say is that if you'd like to replace the Bluetooth card you'd need to look at replacing the WiFi one, because that's where your Bluetooth lives.

In any case, if it were me, I'd try a clean install of Windows before replacing the card. Less of a hassle.

The issue is with that USB that's coming up with Device Descriptor Request Failed error. Although the Bluetooth and WiFi card is connected through an PCIe M.2 slot, access is handled as if it they were on USB ports. Either Microsoft forgot to include the descriptor for that card or the card is giving bad data when the request is asked. The card is a Intel Wireless-AC 9560, so pretty readily available. I'd do some quick sanity checks if you haven't already before ordering a replacement. First delete that device from Device Manager and reboot. It might just fix itself. Next, if that didn't help, turn on Show Hidden Devices and remove the Bluetooth drivers as well, then reboot again. If the problem still is there then it's time to purchase a replacement card.

Same trouble. Once i boot with Blutooth and it works. Second tome i boot - no bt, and same in the Device Manager.
    The things i've tried:
    Update bios to 1.14v (last)
Clean Reinstall windows and update to last version 2003 19041.508
Install Drivers both from Intel driver update utility , native acer drivers and windows update.
Tried 4 different version of bluetooth and wifi drivers (different dates).
    Tried to disable Fast Boot
Tried to disable power management for Usb, Bt, wifi.
Tried to install LTSC version - same problem.
    Any ideas? Plese help!

    Ive got the solution!
So basically i just filled in my laptop name at the website : https://www.acer.com/ac/nl/NL/content/drivers (Im from the netherlands) or just acer.com
Than open the driver map. If you scroll a little bit down you will see Bluetooth driver. You have to download this file, open it and click on install. You will get a warning from windows, but it is a program from the official acer site so dont worry. Click on more information, and than download. After you did this, restart your laptop. It worked for me. Please let me know if everything goes right!

    It works:
    1. Device Manager - Universal Serial Bus controllers - Uninstall device (select device with problem)
    2. Menu - Action - Scan for hardware changes
    Then Bluetooth driver works.

I have experienced the same problem for almost 4 years now, I've reinstalled my windows and reset everything for a certain time now to search which updates affect this problem. i think it's from the updated Intel wireless wi-fi packages (Intel wireless-AC 9560). i haven't updated it and still using the original driver (21.80.2.3 version) and installed the Bluetooth driver then it works fine for me
