Hey guys.
Anyone can tell me how can i find details of the fan for my predator?
I am using Predator PH315-53.
The thing is both my CPU and GPU fan were not at the same speed when i put on turbo or max speed. I attached the snap shot of the predator sense during max condition.
Should i be worried? I just bought this laptop for a month. The warranty is still available if its something that i should take to the service centre.

Thank you in advance for your kind assistance guys.

bro if your laptop under warranty then ask to replace it
if not under warranty then check if this is fan problem or your motherboard problem by switching your fan from gpu side to cpu side if gpu side fan run at 4800 rpm. this is probably fan problem because i had same problem before

I've seen multiple people post here about the same issue (same exact cpu speed too) and me myself including one of my friends who have the exact model experiences this issue, I tried contacting them and gave them a full explanation about it but they were no help and said its normal but i doubt its really normal because even by trying to load up any game my temps goes up to 90c.

oh really? actually i was thinking to take it to the service centre but i just need to ensure that both fans have the same max speed. i guess i just take it to Acer and ask them directly. Thank you bro!

yeah.. i was only playing pubg at high setting. the temp was close to 90c. maybe there is a problem somewhere. such a bad luck to encounter this problem. This is my 1st laptop in 6 years and the 1st with more than 1200USD price tag for me. *Sigh*
I'll try to take it to Acer n see what they can do. Thank you bro!

both fan have same rpm and have your fan replaced. running your laptop at higher temp is bad i mean those fan go to 6000 rpm for  a reason.

Although both the fans can go upto same RPM, CPU fan will spin slower than GPU.
This is actually normal and how it works.
GPU fan will be pinned to max on turbo mode.
CPU fan will have a minimum limit set on speed, it wont go below this (around 4000 RPM), but will increase with increase in load/temp.
Turning cool boost on will bring the speeds of both the fans closer.
But don't compare them on idle.
Compare them under load, turn cool boost on, if it doesn't go higher than what you are showing even under load, then there could be a problem.

bro if you press that max fan in predater sense software thats mean both fan will be at 6000 and in your case you one fan runs at 5000 and other at 6000 rpm but both need to reach that 6000 rpm my laptop fan reach 6000 rpm as soon as i hit max fan button. i am not sure about how you see this but to me it's an problem

I would like to put the Acer Helios 300 2020 fans in my Acer Nitro 5 but to order the parts I need a serial number from the Acer Helios 300 2020 which has to be bought in Australia, if you are from Australia can I have your S/N please? The S/N is located on the bottom of the laptop.

Wow, no way you are trying to do the same thing as me. You can only order any parts from Acer parts resellers and to buy those you need a region locked serial number. This serial number NHQ3HER002902066B43400 is for Predator PH315-51 but it is region locked to Russia, so I need a new one. At RPM's of 1500 does your laptop fans also make a whining noise? Also, Dil_Jai the fans are not the same RPM the GPU one always is faster.

I guess we would need to take it to claim the warranty.. mine is still the same even when i pressed the max button.. even when my temp goes near to 90C, the fan still at that speed..

Any updates on CPU FAN RPM not reaching above 6000 at MAX mode? Should I need to worry?

    idk,
even in some reviewer videos on yt, their CPU fanspeed also maxed out at 5000rpm.
