Preparing automatic repair

Hello,

I am having problem turning on my pc. Yesterday(17.10) I reinstalled my windows, to fix random freezing of computer. It helped, later at evening i went sleep and turned off my computer. After I woke, my computer told me about crash, and that he wasn't able to start pc normally, something like "preparing automatic repair" showed on monitor. I have waited 1hour, but still nothing, so i started browsing on internet, and found that i should restart computer, becuase it's "repair loop" or something like that. Again same thing appeared, but after a while, blue screen with white text informed me that automatic repair of pc was unsuccessful, it offered me couple possibilities, I tried cmd and "scf /scannow" but it stopped at 36% and informed me that some microsoft program prevented it from finishing. Now i turned of pc manually by pulling it of source. Now i have acer screen "preparing automatic repair". If you'll need to describe my problem more, and background and things, i am more than willing.
