I’ve had my Acer predator Triton 300 for around 2 days now, and after I shut it down, left it in my bag for around 2 hours, and went back home to turn it on again. It remains a black screen despite the keyboard lights lighting up.

there isn’t any Pinhole to resent battery. And when connected to an external device nothing happenes. What do I do?

    Hi,
Switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, press Power button for 12 Secs, leave the laptop to rest for a while(15-20 Mins), then reconnect the AC adapter and fully charge the battery before start using it.

Same issue, got it yesterday, had in backpack for about 10 hours, next power on=black screen. Holding power button + rest did not work. Nor did reseating ssd, ram, bios battery, and lcd to motherboard connector. I suppose I'll look for the connection behind the screen. Maybe that side came loose.

I would have liked to plug in an hdmi to a second monitor before any hard reset type of step. I feel like it's booting to bios now since it kinda restarts when I hit ctrl.alt.del. Couldn't find pictures or a guide to our bios, so I can't blindly press buttons to get back to login, or check for errors.

The screen is glued in place. I'm afraid I'll break the screen trying to pry it off. Still broken. Just going to see if I can still return it.

Update: After letting it sit for about a week and a half the screen turned back on..

Not sure if this was a factor, but, when it did turn back on, my SSD wasn't in all the way. So it wouldn't boot. But after re-seating it. The laptop works just as I left it.

Thanks for all who tried to help. It's really late of a response, but the entire issue was caused because the laptop shut down in the middle of a windows update and froze the screen. It was fixed 2 days after I initially made the post. None of the suggestions here worked, I just sent it in to be checked and they just reset the system.

No. It didn't. I just sent it back to where I bought it and it was resolved.
