Hello guys. I recently bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44. The laptop came with pre-installed Windows 10 with some apps on it. It came pre-installed with all the needed drivers though there wasn't the Acer software. So I went ahead and installed Acer Quick Access, Acer Care Center, and Acer NitroSense. Acer Quick Acess works without any issues. NitroSense though doesn't. I tried re-installing a few times but nothing really happens. It just won't open. As for Acer Care Center, when I first installed it, it worked fine but then the next day it wouldn't open (just like NitroSense). So are there any available solutions for my problems? Thanks in advance!

    ACER PROGRAMMERS TAKE NOTE:

Same happened to me THE NEXT DAY after tweaking Win10 a little (IT WORKED RIGHT AFTER TWEEKING) and after the latest Windows update. Additionally, the laptop and my usb-connected external keyboard refused to work properly: they work for signing up into the Windows at startup, could fill up search window in Win Explorer, but nowhere else it worked. Could not start Nitrosense neither by pressing the 'N' key on the keyboard nor by clicking on the Nitro icon.

I could start Nitro product registration app, it did respond to mouse clicking, but not to the keyboard.

I restored to the pre-tweaking & pre-Win10 update and the problem disappeared. I am therefore not going to apply the latest Win10 updates a)without creating another restore point, and b) before Acer gets hold on the problem and sends Nitro-specific updates!

Most likely the problem was caused by Win10 update an not by tweaking - I only mention the tweaking for the sake of completeness.
Again, the Acer people need to figure this problem out, and soon!

One more thing: to NickBb. Disable the automatic Window updates!

Ups.. Correction to my fist post (5:48PM).
The fist sentence should have said .. (IT WORKED RIGHT AFTER TWEEKING) and BEFORE the latest Windows update...
