The RTX 2060 GPU used in laptops uses the same TU106 GPU as the desktop card, with the same core configuration and its TPD is 160W, GPU Boost Clock at 1680Mhz. It also has the same memory configuration: 6GB of GDDR6 at 14 Gbps on a 192-bit bus for 336 GB/s of bandwidth. It’s still built on TSMC’s 12nm process, too.

Of what I understand it doesn't use the same TGP of the desktop version because the thermals, normally the mobile models have lower TGP, but the first release of the rtx 2060 was with the 80w TGP and it was very bad, and then Nvidia update the vbios and update the TGP to 115w to gave more power to the rtx 2060 to overpass the 1660 and be like 10% under the rtx 2060 desktop version
