Are you sure there is no black button?

I only have number (3) button in the main board. And another black button near the speaker (photo attached)

I never checked it. But now my computer is not turning on even. Now, when I am pressing the power button, the power indicator light  is only turning on, not the computer. But when I press the power button for the second time the indicator light is going off, my computer is not turn on.

    >>>I tried to put a piece of plastic so that it presses the button hard enough, but it is not working. My laptop keeps turning off>>>

All symptoms that you describe, including weird power button behavior, still suggests that  this safety switch is not functioning properly. Also, the connector shown does  not seem to  be properly aligned or loose on the mainboard socket. This needs to be checked. This is risky but I think you must carefully check operation of this safety switch by manually depressing it with a piece of plastic and then trying to power the system to see if it stays on. Alright sir. I will check the whole thing again and get back to you. Thank you so very much for your kind cooperatio.
It (hwinfo) says My CPU maximum heat is 100 degree Celsius. My fan does not run all the time too. could there be problem with overheating?

Yes. Absolutely too hot. Machine will shut down abruptly when temp exceeds about 98*C. You need to open the laptop, remove the fan and thermal module and repaste the heatsink to the top of the CPU with Kryonaut or ArcticMX4 paste.
