Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 8 gigs of ram: fans running much slower after a whole day of use with max

after i fell asleep in my chair forgot to turn off fans that where on max while idling in a game. They have been going rlly slow till the point if i put it on auto it is much more quiet plus i crash while playing roblox(shinobi life 2), i am very sad since i almost just bought it for 7 months ago. I'll explain what the noise is: its like the fans are going fast then slower fast then slower all the time. Plus it says its on 5,7k but i dont think its true bc it sounds very much quieter. I use this pc for daily gaming as my main so ik if the fans r going much slower. I also get some more fps drops then im used too(which is a major problem bc every minute i get a fps drop to 5-10 but i think it has smthng to do with ram). That is basicly my problem srry if i overexplained but i couldnt find anything on the internet about the fans going slower and what too use.
