What can I do to help cool down my Predator PH517-51?

I've had my Laptop for under 2 years and i only ever had a heating problem since I played modern warfare where my CPU would always heat up to 89 degrees Celsius. Doe my GPU doesn't heat up anywhere near that. I've tried a cooling pad but only makes a 2-3% difference so I'm wondering what are some ways that are suitable method of cooling down my laptop. in warmer days my laptop can even hit 95cegrees so I have to tend to stop playing when the day become warmer. There is no sunlight on the laptop and the room tends to reflect the weather as I only have fan. 

And all the fan is maxed out and everything.

    U can try cleaning ur fans and undervolting ur laptop. If those dont work u will need to replace the thermal paste. Was this problem there since day one?

    xSetsunas May I ask, you ever cleaned fan and radiators?
    it is very easy in this laptop, you just need to unscrew the fan screw, it is NOT necessary to remove the entire cooling system.
    Ideally, all that is needed for cleaning is paintbrush, car vacuum cleaner, cotton swabs moistened with alcohol, anti-static gloves
    But take your time to replace the thermal paste and thermal pads, they are really very high quality in this laptop.

    I've only open the back to expose the fan and parts and use an air duster to clean. but that video is very nice and i'll give it a shot and take my time as i'm really not too great with hardware, especially a laptop.
