Acer Care Center e5-523 "This device is not supported"

I recently performed a factory reset on my Acer e5. When I tried to install the Acer Care Center it told me, "This device is not supported"
I had Care Center installed before and it worked fine.
My theory is that the installer checks the bio for a keyphrase as the Nito does. But I don't know what that is.
If I need to download a Bio package to fix this problem, could someone tell me which one to do?
Help!

Do you perhaps recall originally installing it yourself shortly after acquiring the laptop. I vaguely recall a 'trick' by renaming either a file or folder or text entry on the C drive that allows the nitro to install. I'll ask one of the other ACEs to comment. Jack E/NJ

If ACC was originally on the ACER factory installed machine, then it would still be installed after a full ACER factory reset. Search 'acer care center' in the Windows start menu. It should appear at the top of the start menu. If not, then download and unzip the nitro file below if this isn't the one you tried. If you get the same 'not supported' message, I think a name change is required from the E5 to the AN5 model number in one of the  C folder subdirectories (not the BIOS firmware) but not sure which one yet  Jack E/NJ

I tried to search the menu, it did not come up.
I am installing the nitro file now.
If you need any screenshots, or system info, just ask.
    Thanks you helping!

I did install the ACC manually after buying the laptop.
