Hello, I currently own a Acer Swift 1- Model# SF114-32 series. About 8mths ago I went to turn on my laptop and was greeted with a Black screen with a large padlock in the middle of the screen and the words underneath "Security Boot Fail". Not something i was unfamiliar with, as it has happened before and I was able to fix it. However, this time was different. I try everything I could think of and when i say everything i mean all the normal troubleshooting holding down F2, Alt+F10 ,Alt+ Return, Esc and rebooting. When those failed i tried booting from a USB and still was greeted with the same massage. I even try to boot into Bios but that failed to. I then tried booting holding down F10 and then F12. Nothing was working. i was still getting "Security Boot Fail". After 6hrs i gave up and search all YouTube and various internet forums related to my issue. I search everyday for about 2-3 hrs at a time for about 3 weeks. Nothing!!! I could not find anything that helped. I tried all the tips in every video and forum i came across that was closely related to my issue. Nothing was working. Still to this day I can't boot into bios or the laptop without getting Security Boot Fail. I've opened the laptop and removed the battery and did all the things that the forums and videos suggested using every safety measure that was layed out. How do i fix this Issue or is my laptop done. It does turns and it turns off with no issues except the message "Security Boot Fail". I can't seem to get it to boot into anything not even a USB or the OS... Nothing just "Security Boot Fail". if anyone can help me fix this issue I'd be so so happy.

You need to talk to Acer Support about RMAing it.

Yeah, they can fix it for you at one of the service centers.
