Acer Nitro AN515-51 battery drain faster than normal

Hello everyone

So I have another inquiry regarding my laptop. The problem just occurred today. So I left my laptop (Nitro AN515-51) on idle when it suddenly drop from 79% to, presumably, 0% since the laptop just turned off. So I plugged the power back, but I noticed that now the estimation got all messed up, and the percentage of remaining battery drop within the matter of seconds, going from ex. 68 to 62% within 5 seconds. So I tried to uninstall the driver of both the adapter and ACPI Compliant, in which make the percentage not dropping within seconds, but it still drop faster than what it normally would. Within minutes the remaining battery power will go down. I also tried powercfg /batteryreport command and still noticed the disparity between the displayed percentage on the screen compared to the report (10:28 in report said 80%, while the on-screen shows 72%). I posted the screenshot below for better clarification on the matter. As side note, I always put the battery status as Balanced without power, and High Performance when the power is plugged in.

Any thoughts on what may cause this issue, and how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Update: Now the battery report shows the battery is somehow charged to 149% but only have 19kish mWh. And the on-screen status said its on 100%, but only will only last for 1 hour 17 minutes, while it usually would last around 2 hour 30 minutes at 100%

Your battery wear level is about 70% so no wonder that it acts weird. It is time for a new battery.

@batmalin Pardon me, but how do you see the battery wear?

From the first screenshot you have design capacity and full charge capacity so the current full charge capacity is about 30% of the design capacity meaning that the wear level is about 70%

@batmalin So yesterday I tried to recalibrate my battery and check using both command prompt and hwmonitor app, and here's the new finding..
The maximum full charge capacity seems to differ from yesterday (19k and now 38k), and I just noticed full charge capacity dropped 4k mWh in a day (41k ish at 24th to 38k today). Is this normal?
And the remaining power on screen still drop by several percent per minutes, but the estimated time is indeed gone back to around 2 hours. But sometimes it went to 1 hours, then go back to 2 hours again, like it gone kind of awry. Does wear on the battery might cause this?

Yes, take a look for a while, but as stated it is time for a new battery.

@Sanskar I probably will, soon-ish. And by reset, you mean the factory reset?

Jordy_Ryan yes if you can that would help you.
and if you want to save your data and to reset your system settings that will also work.
be careful during reset please remove all your data from
    1: downloads
2: library folders like pictures and videos
    3: documents
    4 desktop.
please ensure that your data is transfered to some safer drive partition or any other device.

@Sanskar Noted. Just bought an external HDD and have back the file mentioned, plus some of others that I might use later. Now I just need to finish my work first before proceeding with the reset, probably some time later. Thanks for the recommendation!
