Annoying popup in bottom left hand corner

On my Acer AIO Aspire U27-880 I get this intermittent irritating pop up in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. I can't do a screen capture but I'll describe what I see... There's an image of an HDMI connector, a sunshine type icon and two small 'on off' buttons and one other Icon/button( can't remember what it is as it's gone now). I can't move my mouse to get at it. The mouse disappears under the popup. I seem to be able to change the on/off radio button with cursor keys. Sometimes it's there for several seconds, sometimes it's there for just a second. I've removed all Acer apps but it's not that. Over the last several months, it has only happened rarely.Just pops up then goes, just once.... Today it just kept popping up and then going. Right now, it's gone away.... Can anyone shed some light on this? PC is about 2 years old and is not filled with junkware as it's only used for F/book browsing and playing facebook games.

    I can't get a screen shot....  it goes too quickly... It's a black background with a few radio buttons on it that appear to be 'greyed' out except what appears to be an on/off button. The size on my 27" screen is about 6" wide by x 3"

    Try snapping it with your phone instead of trying for a screen shot. It's obviously an ill mannered app, but sometimes figuring out which can be a headache. Perhaps leaving task manager up would show it, at least whiles it's running...
