Helios 300 PH315-52 Charging Port is Too Stiff

It's been super hard to plug the charger into my helios 300 and also i doesn't note anything wrong with charging port either. Anyone has solution on this?

    That's normal it just how it is.
    Everyone's worried about the same in the beginning, it's hard to insert and pull out.
    But it'll loosen up eventually, not a lot, but you'll get used to it.
    Nothing wrong, it's just hard to do it.

    The issue is my OCD, doesn't allow me to plug the charger with more force and i have been trying for over 15 minutes to plug that still i can't do that. Do you know any sweets spot that i can plug the charger easily?

    Guys, Please anyone has a solution for this. Please share with me. I'm currently trying to plug my charger for around 5 days now. The craziest thing is once the charger plugged in smoothly and after that i was unplugged to find that sweet spot and now again stuck with not able to plug thr charger.

    I would like to put the Acer Helios 300 2020 fans in my Acer Nitro 5 but to order the parts I need a serial number from the Acer Helios 300 2020 which has been bought in Australia, can I have yours? The S/N is on the bottom of the laptop.

    Actually mine is 2019 version, do you think still it's usable?
