display issue after update. S1003-14LN

hello.Model Name: S1003 Part Number: NT.LECEG.005 S1003-14LN display issue after update.its show some nonsense colors after updating auto restart process,some acer technical support told me its lcd problem or riboon,but,is it possible to lcd or ribbon got to problem without any dropping or ... ?and just exactly after bios update (sogested by itself)? i used this device for couple of day!!! and unfortunately there is not any way to hooking up it to acer Support(geolocation issue). I'll appreciate if someone help me! thank all helping people!🙏🙏 sorry for bad English 🙏
