Update (thanks to @AslanNarnia's comment for reminder):After June 8th -  My laptop stopped working 4-5 days later and it's in service center since. Pathetic service from Acer. Now it's going out of warranty in 10 days and I doubt if I will have a working laptop by then or ever.

Fizzy if its on RAM why are you worried they have to repair it period just email and phone there everyday and keep escalating the situation to the highest also if you get it returned with the wrong model number in the bios or the snid/serial missing you have to return it for them to fix it properly that happens a lot with donor mobos when the mobo is replaced  good luck :)

AslanNarnia same advice to you but you should post/open a new thread for your own issue in the correct forum section for your own model this forum its predator/triton only :)
