I have a Helios 300 PH315-51 Laptop and it started crashing and freezing after RAM upgrade!

Hello Guys,
I have a Helios 300 PH315-51 Laptop which i bought in 2018
2 days ago i upgraded 8GB DDR4 2666Mhz RAM so now my total memory is 16GB.
at first it worked for a while but now it started crashing and freezing randomly even when i replaced the ram with new one the issue is still present!

    are you using any undervolt?

    Have you tried to test if the problem persists even if you remove the new ram stick?
    And maybe even try to only use the new stick and pull out the old one, this can help you determine if the problem is with one of the ram sticks or the laptop handling dual channel.

    Here are the pictures from cpuz for my ram details, slot 1 has stock ram and slot 2 has new ram stick of crucial.

    Do you mean it crashes with:
    1) old ram + new ram
    2) old ram only
    3) new ram only ?
    If it does, somethings wrong with the laptop and its not related to your ram.

    No It only crashes when i use old + new ram.
