My Acer aspire E5-576 36QR don't turned onn without pressing any key accept power key it shows Acer  then screen off if I  keep pressing any key then it on if I release then off is it hardware or software issue this problem arrise after Acer quick access pop up come on screen and this happed to my laptop previously it works fine ..... during this pandamic plz help exam are near

    this come on screen and this problem started I reset my pc and battery reset but nothing

    Seems like a hardware issue to me, call the Acer support line in your area (there ought to be a section in the website where they tell you how to get in touch with tech support) and report it.

    I'm telling you though, that laptop is bound for a trip to a servicing center where they will likely replace the keyboard, so you'll be without it for a while.

    I have the same problem. As the ACER screen shows up, it then shuts down right after. The problem is really the keyboard - I think, because a lot of keys weren’t working and I had to use external keyboard. When I press a number of keys in the ‘asdf’ area it tries to turn on with logo showing and then turn back off after some seconds. The bad keyboard may be causing problems. I’ll disconnect internal keyboard and give update.
