I was wondering is there any chance we can further undervolt already factory undervolted Helios 300 2019 
I got a undervolt (factory)of -0.125mv and i have a i5 9300h
any help would be appreciated

    Yes, but every machine is capable of different endurance to under-clocking so you have to give it a trail and error. I used throttle stop on my i7 9750H and further under volt it to -140mv(0.140) with stable under volt but going further causes crashes for me.
    So what you can do is to under volt further with -5mv(0.05) per trail and test your system stability.

    i was thinkinig maybe someone knows stabe voltage for this cpu im pretty sceptical to do it on my own
