My Laptop is stuck at the logo screen (BIOS is also inaccessible) and keeps rebooting on its own.

I have a year old Acer Aspire 5 laptop. I was about to play a game for the first time. I opened my File Explorer and couldn't respond, then my taskbar froze. I force restart my laptop and everything is doing fine but I can't click on my icons, the Start button. The third time I force reboot my laptop, I typed my PIN but was unable to get pass through the welcome screen. I force restarted again and the problem happend. My laptop is stuck at the logo and keeps rebooting on its own. While at it, I notice I can't access my BIOS, even spamming my F2 and other keys. It keeps on going.

Press and hold the power button till the laptop shuts off. Remove the charger. Gently insert a paperclip into the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the laptop for 30 seconds. Then plug the charger back in and turn the laptop back on. Jack E/NJ

I tried doing what you tell me to do, but it seems it doesn't do the job and still have the same problem.

Try it again this way. Press and hold the power button till the laptop shuts off. Remove the charger. Gently insert a paperclip into the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the laptop for 30 seconds. At the same time you're holding the paperclip, press and hold the power button. Then plug the charger back in and turn the laptop back on. Jack E/NJ

I did what you just said, but I still get the same results, even with/without the charger.

Press and hold power button again till machine shuts off. Then turn it back on and IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. Does a recovery menu appear? Jack E/NJ

I did this earlier before you mentioned this but nope, didn't work. No recovery menu. Found out that the problem was my hard drive because of my bed having a lot of static electricity, so I have to replace it. Thank you for the help though. Thread closed.
