Airflow of nitro 5 an515-43 not working correctly

In my Acer nitro 5 AN515-43, air is not flowing from the back vents it is flowing from the vents in the bottom any solution lease help

    That's where it is meant to flow out of, from the bottom vents. The fan exhausts face down toward the bottom vents, always use on a hard surface preferably a cooling mat, to ensure adequate airflow.The back vents take in air. No solution it is working as intended

    Baci vents are not working they use to throw the air out ....
