Morning all,

I ran into a bit of an issue when trying to set up a second monitor to my nitro.

I bought the predator monitor, and I don't actually have any display ports on my tower, contrary to all the reviews specs and pictures from the website I bought it from (very).

Can anyone tell me if this is something they have experienced, or what on earth the connector is to the left of my HDMI? (it's not a vga as its too big) the second picture is apparently what I should have received.

The top picture shows and open DVI port, if you just want to add a second monitor that should be able to do it (some graphics cards do not allow DVI and HDMI both live at the same time, hope this is not your case). Seemed to me that you are not aware this is a DVI display port, to be connected to a monitor.

My suggestion is for you to double check your original product description carefully, maybe the model with the bottom picture is selling at a higher price, not the one you bought.

    Hi,
thank you for your response, yeah I just realised it was a dvi dual link, having a blond moment.
The model I purchased is 100% meant to have the 4 dpi ports as that is the only model on their site and in the description. Anyway I will be contacting them to get a replacement as I would much rather have what I paid for.

Thank you for your response :)
