I'm at a loss

So I have done everything that I have read to do.
I have Adrenalin 2020, I have everything set to where everyone says they need set.
I am having issues with games not running right or not running at all.
My example is Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic. I can open the game, make a new character and hit play. It goes through the first loading bar and then when the game should start... It shuts the game off. Just completely kills the game. I have no idea why or what to do to fix this.
I would also like to use the GPU that I bought this laptop for... RX 580 and not the integrated Vega 8. However, every game that I play seems to default to the Vega 8.... I have issues with this and want to know if anyone knows how to disable it.

Ohh!! Its Rx560x
Follow these steps→-set high performance in nitrosense both AC AND BATTERY THEN CLOSE-After setting up from nitrosense right click on battery option in taskbar and go to power option-then go to change plan setting (right side of the high performance plan)-Then go to change advance power settings-Then find and expand Switchable Dynamic Graphics then expand Global Settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY-then find amd graphics power settings then expand Amd powerplay settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY-set maximum performance if you have this option available

I did, The KOTOR still kills itself and other games still default to Vega 80

Is the laptop on AC power? Are you gaming with charger plugged in?Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.
