Over heating problems with the SF314-57G

Hi, I am very new to this platform. However, I have a question concerning the heat produced by my Swift 3 (SF314-57G). The cpu is reaching from 60-90 degrees. All the drivers are fully updated, bios and windows has been upgraded to Windows 10 pro. I had originally been playing small amounts of CSGO on it. But, after a month of using the laptop for school work and watching videos the temperatures increased and the laptop slowed down. I have vacuum cleaned the vents to remove any dust but, to no avail.
Any help would be most useful.

If it's working it way up to 90 and you are doing anything that uses the GPU then it's time to contact Acer support. That's abnormal enough it should be fixed.

60-90 is a pretty big range, what temperature are you seeing with the system idle and sitting on a table or desk? What are you doing when the temperatures start hitting 90? What's the air temperature like in the room?

So it starts at around 60 degrees and slowly ramps up to 90 over less than 15 mins. Whilst browsing the internet. I have tried factory resetting the machine so nothing unnecessary doesn't run. My room is about 20-25 degrees nothing too drastic.0

And I sit with the laptop on a marble surface. I used sit on a sofa with it on my lap when I first got it however, it has become too hot.0
