I have a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-21N. Today, I tried to replace the thermal paste on the CPU. But while putting back the screws, one of them fell on the blue board and I saw one tiny short-circuit on it. It was very negligible and for milliseconds, therefore i ignored it. After putting back the screws, I tried to open the laptop, but it didn't worked. It's also not charging. I think it's dead. Also, I took off the warranty sticker on one of the screws on back panel. Question 1 - Is my laptop still repairable?
Question 2 - Is it covered in Warranty still?
Question 3 - Any suggestions what should I do next?

Please HELP!!

so you mean you never had service of your laptop before as  your warranty sticker is not broken?
Well, if broken You can try customer support and simply tell them that your laptop is not Booting up. Keyboard is not lightning up. You don't tell ***** what you did. They probably would take your laptop at service center and if everything goes smooth you may get a service and get your motherboard replaced.

Will they not check the warranty sticker is off?

They Wouldn't if any service of your laptop is been done before. Because if Service of laptop is done then they themselves break the warranty seal.
But I would say you must give a call and tell them that your laptop is not opening and if you have on site warranty then engineer might oversee it. If you have your luck it could workout.
