I recently bought a brand new Helios 300 (2020) in Beijing China with this config (Core i7-10750H, RTX 2070 Max Q, 32 GB). To my surprise the system makes a lot of noise even when I open just chrome. I later found out these noise happens when I plugged in the ac adapter but runs fine when on battery. This is weird. Any solution would be appreciated

yunusa2k2 have u already optimised your windows properly and tryed to undervolt with TS also its completely normal the aeroblades are noisy and its very well know microsoft implemented a new cpu control feature in the new win10 1909/2004 where when on AC ---> performance mode it will lock the cpu to 2 cores on full turbo boost at all times even light work and save the remaining parked for only when needed this of course will create a high thermal increase also causing the fans to increase the speed to cool down the system and you should never use it on battery ony emergency and light works because turbo boost and overclocking wont work on battery also the battery main purpose its to help the adapter to provide more power to the cpu/gpu when this one cant provide enough if used for demanding works/gaming you will damage your battery make sure youre always on AC and battery 100% charged before starting any gaming also as i said your issue its not an issue its behaving the exact way it was designed to and please turn on coolbost  :)
