Predator 300 17" PH317-53-75RT - Second Hard Drive Bracket And Connector

I have a couple of the Predator 300 17" laptops (PH317-53-75RT) and want to add secondary hard drives.  I've seen comments on videos that it was supposed to come with the laptop but neither of mine had it inside.  This was a Acer certified refurbished laptop purchased via Amazon and the description clearly reads 'This Certified Refurbished product is Certified Factory refurbished, shows limited or no wear, and includes all original accessories plus a 90-day warranty.'  Original accessories would imply that this should have included this blue flimsy hard drive bracket and cable inside the laptop already.

Please advise on what I can do to get these items.

MNPolarbear all the original accessories are usually only guaranteed on brand new units not refurbished ones and even brand new sometimes do not have them theres a thread around where it was explained by acer staff a limited quantity of older predator models in the US/CA sold via amazon didn not included all the official kits but as i said still happens sometimes even on new ones if youre in the US/CA you can contact acer support and ask them to send what u need they also have a form for US/CA residents to fill with the unit details assuming its still under acer official warranty outside of those countries you should ask acer support where to get it from me personally i would never buy a used/refurbished unit especially a gaming laptop its way too risky unless it would be for parts only but everyone is free to do whatever good luck :)

Boy did that go sideways....form says my laptop is not eligible.  Reach out to chat support and get re-directed to the Acer store people who then directs me to Capital Data @ 1-800-999-4409 so I can order Part# 42.q5pn4.sv1.

Hi, I've contacted the local Acer Support in Turkey about the same kit; they told me they could sell it for 1076 Turkish Lira (Rougly 70 USD) as far as I know my laptop is original, purchased from an authorized dealer and not refurbished, so I'm thinking it is kind of strange to be asked 70 USD for a hdd connection cable and a blue cover plastic...what would you think?
