Is the helios 300 powerful enough to power 250ohm headphones? PH315-52

I recently purchased a pair of dt 990 pros and i'm unsure when I'll be able to purchase a dac amp. I don't know where to search about the helios 300's soundcard capabilities but would the headphone jack be capable of handling headphones that powerful?

BinBagel any laptop its powerful enough to power any headphones the issue is that the realtek soundcards are just normal standard cards they do not give u much sound anyways so yes it can power it but u will never get the full power of the headphones you use for that you need a professional soundcard  usually desktops only do not expect any laptops to have a great soundcard they all have the same specs sound wise what u can do its to buy fx sound and boost the sound a lot maybe even double in some cases its the only solution for laptops good luck :)

yea the onboard sound card is gonna limit me until my dac and amp setup comes in since the headphones come first. i'm just primarily concerned since usually these headphones are known for needing a decently powerful power input from an amp. And knowing the helios 300 is a mid entry laptop i wasn't really sure if it would be able to drive the 250ohm well.

Just an update for anyone who comes across this. Amazingly the onboard audio is pretty great at powering the headphones to be loud enough to use but they sound exponentially better and louder with a dac+amp.
