I've reset my previously because of malware, and notice that the maximum volume of the speakers has decreased, and I'm unsure if it's speaker name is suppose to be 'Speakers (2-Realtek(R) Audio)'. As I remember it the name being short and something else. Also, I've tried updating Realtek drivers, uninstalling and installing Realtek drivers, Adjusting Waves MaxxAudio presets, and Changing the default format to the max. Any suggestions for fixing this?

I think after reset Ear protection settings turn on
    Steps→

Open Realtek Audio Console app --> click Sound settings --> turn off ear protection

    (Optional↓)
If you need more volume then 1)Right-click the audio icon on the task bar and click "Playback Devices." Double-click the default device and go to the "Enhancements" tab. Place a check by "Loudness Equalization" and then click "OK" to confirm

    2)Go to
speakers properties→custom tab in which there is a checkbox for 'limited output'. Try unchecking that

I'm also having a similar problem to this... unfortunately all your suggestions don't work :(
